§ 26-115. Discharges in water closets restricted.

It shall be unlawful for any person to introduce or discharge into any water closet or any opening or fixture connected to the sewerage system any rags, wastes, large wads of paper, strings or similar objects or any solid objects which would tend to obstruct the soil, waste, drain lines or cause such obstruction or to use in any water closet any other material than soft toilet paper in sheets not exceeding six inches square.
