§ 26-77. Verification of compliance with building restrictions.

In subdivisions or areas designated herein that are subject to building restrictions, any applicant for a permit must provide verification of compliance with any such applicable building restrictions by the Orleans Levee District on the permit application and on each separate page of the applicant's plans.
