Article V. AIRPORT ZONING FOR NEW ORLEANS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT |
Division 1. GENERALLY |
§ 22-170. Use restrictions.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, no use may be made of land within any airport approach zone, airport turning zone or airport transition zone in such a manner as to:
(1)
Create electrical interference with radio communication between the airport and aircraft;
(2)
Make it difficult for flyers to distinguish between airport lights and others;
(3)
Result in glare in the eyes of the flyers using the airport;
(4)
Impair visibility in the vicinity of the airport; or
(5)
Otherwise endanger the landing, taking-off or maneuvering of aircraft.
