§ 22-84. Authorization to operate.

All persons operating public service vehicles from New Orleans International Airport shall be possessed of a proper contract, franchise, permit or other document authorized by the aviation board and permitting such operation. Such documents shall require compliance with the board's rules and regulations for the operation of the airport.
