§ 22-83. Violations, denial, suspensions, revocation.

Whoever violates any rules and regulations of the New Orleans Aviation Board may be subject to denial, suspension and/or revocation of the use permit issued under the authority of the aviation board. The procedure for determining eligibility for a use permit and/or determination whether a violation has occurred and imposing an appropriate remedy shall be established by the New Orleans Aviation Board.
