§ 170-456. Fee schedule.

  • (a)

    All fees for coastal use permits or requests for determination required under this article shall be paid as set forth below except that no fee for an application that is determined to be a use of state concern shall be collected, or if collected shall be returned after such a determination has been made:

    (1)

    All uses whose total cost is $100,000.00 or less will be assessed a fee of $100.00.

    (2)

    All uses whose total cost will exceed $100,000.00 will be assessed a fee of $300.00.

    (b)

    Where work for which a coastal use permit is required by this article is started or proceeded with prior to obtaining such permit, the fees above specified shall be increased 100 percent, but the payment of such fee shall not relieve any persons from fully complying with the requirements of this article in the execution of their work, nor from any other penalties prescribed herein.
