§ 170-457. Appeals.

Within 30 days after public notice of the decision, the applicant, the secretary of DNR, any affected local government or affected local, state or federal agency, an aggrieved person or any person adversely affected by a decision under this subdivision may petition for reconsideration to Civil District Court of Orleans Parish. The courts must give the case preference and priority and allow trial de novo at the request of the party.
