§ 162-695. Violation; penalty.

A violation by a taxicab line of any regulations set forth in this article shall result in a fine to the violator of not more than $100.00 per violation, to be determined by the director of the department of safety and permits pursuant to a hearing in accordance with R.S. 49:951 et seq.
