§ 162-694. Current record; complaints; notices.

All taxicab line operators shall:
(1)

Maintain a current record of taxicab CPNC numbers and each driver per vehicle that is on the line;

(2)

Refer any and all complaints by passengers of taxicabs to the ground transportation bureau; and

(3)

Distribute any and all notices issued by the director of the department of safety and permits to each and all drivers of the line. Such distribution shall be in written form within five days of receipt of such notice by the line owner.
