§ 162-692. Number of taxicabs required to form new line.

(a)

Any individual or group of individuals holding 25 or more CPNCs may form a new taxicab line. Such taxicab line is required to maintain an office and

(b)

telephone service and must meet all the requirements of a corporation or partnership applying for a CPNC.

(c)

Any taxicab line must maintain a minimum of 25 vehicles in its fleet.
