§ 162-382. Suspension for failure to renew certificate.

Failure of a CPNC holder to submit a vehicle for inspection at the time required by the department of safety and permits, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, or whenever requested by the department of safety and permits, and to have at all times the required for-hire vehicle renewal certificate affixed on the windshield thereof or a duplicate should same be destroyed shall, in addition to the penalties provided therefor, be subject to the suspension of a holder's CPNC in the discretion of the director of the department of safety and permits or a duly designated agent of the director.
