§ 162-381. Renewal certificate required.

It shall be unlawful for any owner or driver, as defined herein, to operate any taxicab, for-hire vehicle, or courtesy vehicle for which a permit has been issued under this article without a valid for-hire vehicle renewal certificate pasted on the windshield, as provided herein.
