§ 162-51. Owners/driver to report change of employment of driver.

All owners/drivers of taxicabs or other for-hire vehicles shall notify the ground transportation bureau in writing of the names, addresses and driver's permit numbers of all persons permitted by them by agreement of any nature to drive any such vehicle within five working days after each such occurrence, and they shall also furnish such information in writing to the ground transportation bureau relative to the termination of every driver's employment or agreement within five working days after the termination of such employment or agreement. The date of termination of the driver shall be provided by such notice.
