§ 162-50. Police, municipal courts to assist.

All officers and members of the department of police and the municipal and criminal court personnel shall assist the ground transportation bureau or enforcement agents in the necessary performance of their duty when so requested. The superintendent of police shall furnish the taxicab and for hire bureau with a monthly report of all arrests of persons engaged in the taxicab or transportation for hire business. The clerk of the municipal court shall promptly report daily in writing all convictions for violations in such court.
