§ 158-844. Application not granted if statement not made.

If any applicant declines, neglects or refuses to furnish the certificate or statement as set forth in section 158-843, then it shall be unlawful for any of the potable public water supply to be delivered to such applicant by means of the pipes and water mains of the sewerage and water board.
