§ 158-781. Preferred plan.

The utility shall compare the resource plans, specify the basis for selecting a preferred resource plan for which it seeks approval, and describe how the plan meets the criteria described in section 158-778. The utility's analysis must address the relationship among the factors used in making the utility's decision.
