§ 158-769. Energy and demand forecasting requirements—Time frame of analysis.

(a)

Historic data. The utility shall report historic weather, normalized and actual energy and demand levels for the ten years preceding the filing year.

(b)

Forecast period. Each plan shall contain energy and demand forecasts performed for the 20-year period, by year, beginning with the filing year.
