§ 154-780. Removal of immobilized vehicles prohibited.

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to move or cause any person to move any vehicle, wherever immobilized, which has an immobilization device attached to it in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, with the exception of the authorized removal of a "self releasing boot" as provided in section 154-778.
