§ 154-605. Access to Canal Boulevard.

Whenever the Orleans Levee Board Police finds it necessary to close the entrance to Lakeshore Drive at Canal Boulevard due to traffic congestion, the levee board police is hereby authorized to limit access to Canal Boulevard between Robert E. Lee Boulevard and Lakeshore Drive to local residents and to New Orleans Public Service buses by either placing a barricade which leaves one lane open for local traffic or by stationing an officer at this intersection to control said traffic.
