§ 154-10. Public employees to obey the traffic regulations.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the driver of any vehicle owned or used in the services of the United States government, the state, parish or city. It shall be unlawful for such driver to violate any of the provisions of this article except as otherwise permitted in this chapter or by state statute.
