§ 154-9. Fraudulent marking of vehicles.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use the words "Consular Corps" or "Diplomatic Service" on any automobile or other vehicles operating on the streets of this city unless such automobiles or other vehicles are owned by the consulates of various nations or are the personal property of consuls or vice-consuls duly accredited as such to the United States of America by their countries and having exequaturs from their governments to the United States government.
