§ 14-126. Premises to be open for inspection at all times.

All portions of the establishment or premises under this article shall at all times be open for inspection by the police department or other city departments for the purpose of enforcing any of the provisions of this article or other ordinances of the city relating to the health, safety, and welfare of the public.
