§ 14-124. Taxi dance halls.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, manage, or direct the operation of any taxi dance hall, as defined in section 14-121, or to employ or permit any person to dance therein.

    (b)

    No person shall be permitted to be employed on a salary, contract or commission basis in any dance hall for the purpose of dancing with the patrons of such dance hall.

    (c)

    No person shall be permitted to frequent a taxi dance hall.
