§ 14-41. Registration with the department of health.

Any person operating any theatre, moving picture show or other place of public amusement within the city shall register in the office of the department of health the name of such theatre, moving picture show or other place of amusement, its location and the name of the owner, if an individual, if a firm, the name of its members, and if a corporation, the name of the president.
