Any violation of this division and/or the correlating provisions in the comprehensive
zoning ordinance may subject a violator to any remedy, legal or equitable, available
to the city. Remedies include, but are not limited to: revocation or suspension of
the sidewalk use permit, daily fines, property liens, and/or referral to the alcoholic
beverage control board for businesses holding valid alcoholic beverage licenses. Hearings
for violations of this division or the comprehensive zoning ordinance shall be conducted
in accordance with chapter 6, article II of this Code.
