§ 146-495. Persons using sidewalks, etc., in business to display sign.

  • All persons doing business in the city on the public streets, sidewalks or other public property or on private property in the prosecution of work by which the public streets or sidewalks might be disturbed or a part of the street, sidewalks or public place encumbered with material shall exhibit a substantial sign painted black with their name and address in white letters not less than nine inches high and sufficiently wide to be conspicuous and discernible by the general public.
