§ 146-496. Building materials—Removal by contractor, builder, owner required.

No contractor, builder or owner who may, in the raising or repairing of any building, deposit stone, brick, mortar, debris or similar material upon the street or sidewalk, shall fail to remove it after having been notified so to do by the director of the department of streets.
