§ 146-465. Administrative hearing.

Violations of this chapter may be adjudicated by the administrative adjudication bureau of public housing and environmental violations. Said hearing shall be conducted by a hearing officer of the administrative adjudication bureau of public housing and environmental violations, and shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 6 of this Code.
