§ 146-243. Removal after notice.
No owner, lessee or operator of a newsbox or newsstand shall cause or permit his newsbox or newsstand to remain on any public or private property for any period longer than seven calendar days after the notice authorized by section 146-242 is first affixed to a visible surface of the newsbox or newsstand. However, if a written application for a hearing is properly filed pursuant to section 146-242, the running of the seven calendar days shall be interrupted and shall begin to run anew on the day the applicant for the hearing receives a copy of the written findings of the enforcement agency pursuant to section 146-246.
