§ 122-134. Special ordinance required.

It shall be unlawful for any railroad or other person to establish, construct, maintain or operate a switch track in any public place in the city without permission from the council, upon proper application by special ordinance, fixing the duration of the privilege granted, the consideration therefor and the terms of payment.
