§ 122-133. Exclusion.

The provisions of this division shall not apply to switch tracks connecting with the tracks of the Public Belt Railroad Commission of the city, when by the terms of the grant such switch tracks are to become the property of the city, and a part of the Public Belt Railroad Commission System.
