§ 114-77. Annual report; plan year.

The board of trustees shall prepare and submit annually, on a calendar year basis, a report to the council showing the fiscal transactions of the system for the preceding year, the amounts of accumulated cash and securities in the various funds of the system and the last balance sheet showing the financial condition of the system.
