§ 114-76. Tax Code compliance.

The board shall possess the authority to promulgate rules and procedures and take such other actions as may be necessary to comply with the provisions of the Tax Code applicable to qualified governmental retirement plans. The provisions of this system shall thereafter be deemed to include such rules and procedures.
