§ 110-159. Attendance of stand; removal, fees.

No pushcart shall be left unattended for more than 30 minutes. If a pushcart is left unattended for more than 30 minutes, it will be subject to removal by the employees of the department of streets or the police department to a public pound or public warehouse. If permittee wishes to claim his pushcart, he will pay a towing fee of $15.00 and, in addition, there shall be an additional fee of $3.00 for storage of the pushcart for each additional 24 hours or part thereof over and above 24 hours from the time the pushcart was removed.
