§ 110-155. Issuance of permit, badge.

Upon approval of the application for a permit under this division by the department of finance and payment of the required permit fee, the applicant will be issued a mayoralty permit and a badge with the same number as the permit. Such badge will have the picture of the permittee; the owner of the business, his printed name and signature and the signature of the person issuing the permit and badge and shall be displayed conspicuously on the vendor whenever business is being transacted. The mayoralty permit should be affixed to the pushcart at all times.
