§ 106-132. Duties of director.

The director of the department of recreation shall be the executive officer of the department of recreation and shall be responsible for all activities of the department including the management and operation of all recreational facilities placed under his jurisdiction, including outdoor and indoor facilities. He shall be responsible for developing cooperative planning with all public and private agencies dealing with recreational functions which are not included under the jurisdiction of the department.
