The Audubon Park Commission shall hereinafter be known as the Audubon Commission and
shall be continued in existence from January 1, 1996, the effective date of this amendment,
with the same powers, duties, and functions as enjoyed by the Commission previously.
The powers, duties, functions, administration, and operation of the Commission shall
be as provided for in this chapter of the Charter and other applicable state and municipal
law.
