§ 9-405. Independent External Evaluation.

The Council shall by ordinance establish independent external evaluation procedures that provide separately for review of the operations and performance of the Office of Inspector General, Office of Independent Police Monitor, and Ethics Review Board. The evaluation reports shall be filed with the Clerk of the Council and the City Attorney and shall be public records.
