§ 9-311. Retention of Rights.

All remedies, processes, privileges, preferences and immunities enjoyed by the City of New Orleans prior to the effective date of this Charter under the Constitution and statues [statutes] of this State for the protection, enforcement and collection of taxes, special assessments, and other rights shall continue to be available to the City.
