§ 9-301. Title to Property.

Latest version.

(1)

All public property held by the City of New Orleans or by any officer, department or board of the City of New Orleans at the effective date of this Charter or by any association or corporation performing municipal functions or receiving an appropriation from the general fund at the effective date of this Charter shall be the property of the City.

(2)

Title to all property acquired under this Charter by any officer, department or board shall be vested in the City.
