§ 4-1302. Disposition of Disputed Claims.

    The Director of Finance shall execute no settlement of any disputed claim for any tax, license or debt due the City without the approval of the City Attorney and that of the Mayor or the Chief Administrative Officer.

    (2)

    The Director of Finance and the City Attorney, and either the Mayor or the Chief Administrative Officer, shall investigate all disputed claims against the City, and shall make recommendations to the Council for the payment or other disposition thereof.
