§ 90-88. Deputized persons not entitled to public employee benefits.

Deputized persons when exercising powers with respect to privately owned property or places shall not be paid from public funds and shall not be entitled to public employee benefits for such services. Regular city employees exercising such powers with respect to public property or places shall be entitled only to the compensation and benefits attached to their regular employment.
