§ 87-4. Informational materials.

The clerk of council shall prepare informational materials which shall describe ways in which committed individuals may qualify pursuant to this article, and the benefits derived as a result of qualification. The informational material shall state that the city is not providing legal advice and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
