It shall be a discriminatory practice for an employment agency to classify or refer
for employment, or to fail or refuse to refer for employment, or otherwise to discriminate
against any person because of race, creed, national origin or ancestry, color, religion,
gender or sex, sexual orientation, gender identification, marital status, age, physical
condition or disability.
