§ 86-13. Form and substance of complaint.
Any person claiming to be aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice or other act prohibited by this chapter may, by himself or through an attorney-at-law, make, sign and file with the commission a verified complaint in writing which shall state the name and address of the person alleged to have committed the unlawful discriminatory practice or act complained of and which shall set forth the particulars thereof and contain such other information as may be required by the commission. The commission through its executive director may, in like manner, make, sign and file such a complaint.
