§ 82-407. Closing rat infested buildings.

Whenever the director of the department of health, or his duly authorized representative, shall find any building, structures or premises so heavily infested with rats as to result in a present menace to public health, he may close the same to any occupancy or use until the rats have been eradicated or while the rats are being eradicated.
