§ 82-389. Inspection during and after ratproofing.

The director of the department of health, or his duly authorized representative, may make inspection during the course of, and upon completion of, any such construction, repairs, remodeling or installation of rat-control measures to business buildings to ensure compliance with the provisions of this article, and no person shall interfere with or refuse to permit such inspection.
