§ 82-251. Charge actual cost not to exceed regional Medicare standards.

The department of health is hereby authorized to charge a sum not to exceed the maximum amount allowed by Medicare in this region for each home health visit, provided, however, that persons unable to pay according to the criteria of the department of health, who are not covered by Medicare or private insurance, may receive home health services from the department of health without charge.
