§ 82-228. Credit towards sentence; revocation of parole; termination of treatment by hospital.

  • The applicant for transfer to a tubercular hospital shall be given one day credit toward the service of such sentence for each day spent in the tubercular hospital. The applicant must abide by the rules and regulations of such hospital. His parole to such hospital will be revoked upon his violation of any rule or regulation of such hospital or, if for any other reason the hospital no longer desires to treat the applicant, an official of such institution may surrender the applicant to the house of detention or parish prison, whichever has the commitment, in order that he may serve the balance of his sentence.
