§ 82-199. Detention in isolation department beyond term.

If any person under sentence is confined in the isolation department under treatment for a venereal disease and the term of such sentence shall have expired before such person shall be deemed to be safe to the public to discharge, such person shall be detained in the isolation department until the department of health shall deem it safe to the public for such person to be discharged therefrom.
